Russia has launched a scathing attack on UN Secretary-General António Guterres, accusing him of political bias and acting as a mouthpiece for NATO and the “criminal Kyiv regime.” Moscow condemned Guterres' recent comments on alleged Russian missile and drone strikes that supposedly caused a power outage at the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant.
