At the inauguration of the Katra-Srinagar train service, former J&K CM Omar Abdullah humorously reminded PM Narendra Modi about restoring statehood to Jammu and Kashmir. Abdullah pointed out his own "demotion" from CM of a state to CM of a Union Territory.
