Kota boy Rajit Gupta beats Haryana student in tie-breaker to top JEE-A

Rajit Gupta from Kota topped the JEE Advanced 2025, scoring 332 out of 360. Saksham Jindal secured the same score but ranked second due to tie-breaking criteria. Kota celebrated with 42 students in the top 100. Devdutta Majhi from West Bengal emerged as the top-ranking female candidate. Cutoffs decreased significantly this year, with the IIT Hyderabad zone leading in qualifiers.
