Raghubar quits as Odisha governor, VK Singh sent to Mizoram, Arif to Bihar

Former Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das resigned as Odisha governor amidst controversies involving his son and his daughter's electoral campaign. Mizoram's Hari Babu Kambhampati replaces him. VK Singh was appointed Mizoram governor, seen as rehabilitation. Former Union home secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla became Manipur governor to stabilize the trouble-torn state.
