Forces set up base in Maoist terror Hidma's Bastar bastion

IndiaTimes Sunday, 15 December 2024
Anti-Naxal forces have set up a security camp in the den of Bastar's most-dreaded Maoist leader Madvi Hidma, commander of People's Liberation Guerrilla Army's 'Battalion No.1'. The base in Golla Konda on Bijapur-Sukma border was opened Saturday. Hidma is the mastermind of many attacks, including the 2010 Dantewada massacre in which 75 CRPF men were killed.
