In an exclusive conversation with OneIndia, Political Analyst Dr. Ümit Nazmi Hazır, says tat there cannot be any solution without Ukraine’s representation and Europe’s opinion too.
Dr. Umit express hope that there will be a second meeting soon referring to Putin’s comments that he is ready to meet Zelensky if the conditions are right.
