BREAKING:‘Wherever Russia reach, it will be under their control’ Ukraine’s Spy Chief Admits Defeat

Ukraine’s top spy, HUR chief Kirill Budanov, has made a startling admission: Kiev lacks the strength to repel Russian forces and must turn to negotiations if it hopes to change the course of the war.

Speaking in response to President Vladimir Putin’s recent remarks, Budanov said “wherever they reach will be under their control,” agreeing that Russia's military dominance is clear.
