In its most chilling warning yet, Iran has vowed a far more devastating retaliation against Israel if aggression continues.
Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi declared that Iran held back during its June 24 counterattack and did not unleash its full military capabilities.
The warning comes after Israelâs June 13 assassination strike on top Iranian military and nuclear figures, followed by U.S. airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites.
Speaking to Al-Mayadeen, Mousavi accused Israel and its allies of years-long plots against Iran and warned that any further provocation would be met with overwhelming force.
In a dramatic escalation of Israelâs ground operations, IDF troops have uncovered and destroyed a massive Hamas tunnel stretching nearly one kilometer beneath Gazaâs Zeitoun area. The tunnel, fortified with living quarters and packed with weapons, was allegedly used by Hamas operatives to stage attacks against Israeli forces. Soldiers from the elite 7th Brigade under the 99th Division spearheaded the operation, working closely with the Israeli Air Force to dismantle the underground infrastructure.
