Rosemary DiCarlo, Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, highlighted how recent military escalations between Israel and Iran and U.S. airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites have complicated the full implementation of the JCPOA. She condemned Iranâs missile strikes on a U.S. base in Qatar, warning of increased regional insecurity.
