Liverpool Car Attack: Police have revealed shocking details about the 53-year-old white British man who rammed his car into a crowd celebrating Liverpool FC’s Premier League victory.
The horrifying incident took place during the team's parade on Water Street, injuring at least 50 people, including four children—two of whom are in serious condition.
Authorities confirmed the suspect is from the Liverpool area and have ruled out terrorism.
