A Ukrainian Su-27 fighter jet was lost during a dramatic encounter with Russian drones, reportedly while on a mission to defend ground troops and intercept incoming UAVs. The incident, confirmed by Kiev’s air force, remains shrouded in mystery—was the jet downed by Russian Geran-2 kamikaze drones, or could it have been struck by Ukraine’s own air defense systems?
