Thames Water ruling: 60m customers being 'royally stuffed'
"Livid" activists have responded to a court ruling which will see Thames Water given a £3bn rescue loan.
Liberal Democrat MP, Charlie Maynard, who brought a public interest claim into court, said he would seek to appeal the decision which he said was "not in the public interest".

Sir Ed Davey has called for the temporary nationalisation of Thames Water as he reacted to the latest figures in the ongoing sewage crisis. Mr Davey also criticised the government's handling of the situation, saying Labour needs to "get its act together".
