Syria Clash: Intense fighting has reignited in and around Suwayda between Druze militias and Bedouin tribal fighters, despite a declared ceasefire. An estimated 50,000–70,000 fighters from the Arab Tribal Army have mobilized against the Druze, triggering mass displacement, civilian casualties, and widespread destruction — including regime-affiliated groups burning Druze homes in Mazraa village. Bedouin commanders have rejected the ceasefire, and reinforcements from Idlib — a stronghold of HTS — are reportedly joining the assault. Amid this chaos, HTS leader Abu Mohammad al-Jolani has fled Damascus.
