Letby's victims and parents at heart of Inquiry, chair says
Lady Justice Thirlwall says the babies who died at the hands of Lucy Letby are at the 'heart' of the public inquiry into the Countess of Chester Hospital.
Speaking on the opening day, the inquiry chair also says that while doubt has been cast on Letby's convictions, the Court of Appeal had reviewed them with a 'clear result'.
