On railway budget allocation, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav says, "I am thankful to PM Narendra Modi and FM Nirmala Sitharaman.

This year, Rs 3694 crore have been allocated for the ongoing railway projects in Jammu and Kashmir.

The work is also going on for the new projects... This project is about to be completed soon.

In Uttarakhand, Rs 5131 crore have been allocated for the railway projects.

The project of Karnaprayag is important for us.

It has a 213 km long tunnel.
