Israel says it has killed Maj. Gen. Ali Shadmani, the newly appointed head of Iran’s military command just four days after he assumed the role. Shadmani replaced Gen. Gholam Ali Rashid, who was also eliminated in earlier Israeli strikes. The IDF claims Shadmani led key strategic operations and had direct access to Iran’s Supreme Leader.
