Disturbing Videos of Afghanistan Flash Floods Show Flood Water Crashing Through Villages | Watch
The death toll from flooding in northern Afghanistan rose to 315, with over 1,600 injured, according to the Taliban's Ministry for Refugees.

She called out the EU's failure to provide adequate support to refugees, especially those crossing the Mediterranean, and the deadly consequences of this inaction.
