Tuesday, 19 August 2025 () President Donald Trump launched his second-term assault on mail-in ballots and electronic voting machines on Aug. 18, firing off a series of unfounded claims while announcing an effort to do away with both.
President Trump vowed Monday to “lead a movement” to abolish mail-in voting and voting machines. Hours before meeting Zelensky, he blasted Democrats for “CHEATING AT LEVELS NEVER SEEN” and promised an executive order to restore “HONESTY” to the 2026 midterms.
