Week before polls, suspected car ramming attack in Germany injures 28

At least 28 people were injured when an Afghan asylum seeker drove a car into a crowd in Munich, an incident suspected to be an attack ahead of the Munich Security Conference. The driver, known for previous offenses and with a rejected asylum application, was detained. His motive remains unclear.
