Meta launches standalone AI chat app based on Llama 4 for iPhone and iPad

Meta has released its first standalone AI app on the iPhone and iPad. Meta AI is built on Meta’s Llama 4 model and provides a dedicated interface for text and voice chat. There’s also a social feed for discovering new ways to use AI.
