India clears Indo-German Rs 70,000 crore submarine deal: Talks begin under Project 75; 6 advanced subs to boost Navy fleet

The Centre has approved negotiations for building six advanced submarines in India with German collaboration under Project 75 India. Mazagaon Dockyards Limited and ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems are expected to start negotiations by the end of this month.
