RS chair: Don't share expunged speeches on social media

Rajya Sabha witnessed disruptions over the SIR issue, leading the chair to caution against sharing expunged speech portions on social media. BJP's Radha Mohan Das Agrawal objected to Mallikarjun Kharge circulating videos containing parts not officially recorded. The chair emphasized that content not part of House proceedings should not be disseminated through Sansad TV or other platforms, following opposition walkout.
