NE's 1st trans doctor wins legal battle to have new identity in academic certs

The court mandated authorities to reissue certificates within a month, citing the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019. This ruling allows Beoncy to pursue her medical career without identity concerns.
