Delhi wall collapse: 49-year-old tenant arrested; landlord on run

In Jaitpur, southeast Delhi, a wall collapse claimed seven lives, leading to the arrest of a 49-year-old tenant for illegally housing victims on unsafe premises. The incident occurred near Mohan Baba Mandir due to heavy rain, revealing the structure was on a scrap-dumping plot. Authorities are searching for the landlord, Rajbir Bhati, who is currently absconding.
