Bihar unveils Rs 94.5 crore plan for digital libraries; approves 2400 MW power plant

The Bihar cabinet has approved significant initiatives, including establishing digital libraries in all 243 constituencies to enhance digital learning access. A 2400 MW thermal power plant in Bhagalpur got the green light, replacing a solar project. Inter-state bus services will be launched under a PPP model to improve transport. Land acquisition for industrial development across several districts was also authorized.
