UP govt late-night reshuffle: Medha Roopam becomes first woman DM of Noida; Ravindra Mandar takes charge in Ghaziabad
Wednesday, 30 July 2025 () In a recent UP government reshuffle, Medha Roopam, a 2014-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as the first woman DM of Noida, replacing Manish Verma. Simultaneously, Ravindra Kumar Mandar, a 2013-batch IAS officer, takes over as Ghaziabad's DM, succeeding Deepak Meena. Roopam's prior experience includes serving as additional CEO of Greater Noida Authority.
