With 11 days to go, 88% of Bihar's voters submit enumeration forms

Bihar's electoral rolls may see a reduction of approximately 35 lakh voters due to ongoing revisions by the Election Commission. The revisions revealed that voters have either permanently shifted out of state, died, or are enrolled in multiple locations.
