No Criminal Offence In Merely Supporting Pakistan: Allahabad HC

The Allahabad HC has ruled that merely showing support to Pakistan will not prima facie attract a penal offence. The court, referring to the judgment of the SC in the Imran Pratapgadhi case, reiterated that before registering a case regarding a social media post, it should be looked into as a reasonable person.
