Uddhav and Raj Thackeray are set to host a joint "victory rally" at the NSCI Dome in Worli, celebrating the state's cancellation of the GR on Hindi as a third language. While Sharad Pawar will be absent due to prior commitments, Jayant Patil and Harshawardhan Sakpal are expected to attend.
