The IMF’s approval of a $1 billion loan to Pakistan sparks controversy, with India raising serious concerns. India’s government warns that the funds could be used to fuel state-backed terrorism, especially as Pakistani drones target Indian cities for the third consecutive night. Despite India's protests, the IMF greenlights the funds without conditions. Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif celebrates the decision, mocking India’s stance while civilians in Ferozepur continue to suffer. India abstains from the IMF vote, demanding accountability for the aid potentially supporting terror operations.
