Whole new Delhi ahead of rains: PWD fills 3,433 craters in a day; 200 vans, over 1,000 personnel deployed

Ahead of the monsoon, Delhi's Public Works Department (PWD) has repaired 3,433 potholes across 1,400km of roads in a single-day drive.
