Operation Sindhu: India brings back 290 Indians, 1 Sri Lankan from Iran; evacuation tally nears 2,000

Under Operation Sindhu, India continues its evacuation efforts, bringing home 290 Indian nationals and one Sri Lankan from conflict-hit Iran. A special flight landed in Delhi on Saturday night, with Union Minister Pabitra Margherita welcoming the evacuees. Over 2,003 Indians have been repatriated from Iran so far.
