Poll-day webcasting now at all polling booths to help Election Commission monitor procedures

IndiaTimes Tuesday, 17 June 2025 ()
The Election Commission has mandated webcasting across all polling stations with internet connectivity to monitor procedures and prevent poll process violations. In areas lacking internet, alternative arrangements like videography will be implemented. Monitoring control rooms will be established at various levels, overseen by nodal officers, to ensure live observation and prompt action on any suspicious activity.

Election Fraud Claims: BJP exposes Rahul Gandhi’s Baseless Attack on Democracy

Rahul Gandhi has once again resorted to Election Fraud Claims to cast doubt on India's electoral system. From raising questions on EVMs to now alleging "match-fixing" in Maharashtra, his narrative of Election Fraud Claims has no evidence. Devendra Fadnavis, Eknath Shinde, and JP Nadda have all slammed these Election Fraud Claims, calling them an insult to the people’s verdict. The Election Commission, too, has dismissed these charges as unfounded and misleading. Repeating Election Fraud Claims after every defeat weakens democracy and insults honest voters. It's time to reject fake narratives and trust the electoral process. #ElectionFraudClaims #RahulGandhiExposed #TrustElectionsIndia #DemocracyNotDrama #ECIClarifies
