Heavy rains in Mumbai: Red alert for Raigad; trains and flight services hit

The India Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for Raigad, Pune, and Satara districts, warning of extremely heavy rainfall. Mumbai is under an orange alert as persistent showers caused waterlogging and disrupted transportation. Since June 1st, rain-related incidents have tragically claimed 18 lives in Maharashtra, with 65 others injured.
