Bengaluru stampede: HC grants conditional interim relief to Karnataka cricket board officials; no coercive action for now

The Karnataka High Court has restrained the state government from taking coercive action against KSCA officials, following an FIR filed in connection with the Chinnaswamy Stadium stampede. Justice SR Krishna Kumar's order mandates cooperation with the ongoing investigation and restricts travel outside the court's jurisdiction. The FIR, registered by Bengaluru Police, also names RCB and DNA entertainment private limited.
