On retirement day, Odisha chief engineer held for Rs 15cr assets, 483% more than income

Vigilance officers discovered assets 483% beyond his known income, including multiple properties, substantial cash, and significant investments. His bail plea was rejected, and he faces charges under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
