Meerut man arrested after viral video shows him spitting on rotis while cooking

In Meerut, Shoaib, son of Mehrban, was arrested on Monday after a video circulated showing him spitting on rotis while preparing them. Police registered a case against him at the Jani station under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Acting on the Senior Superintendent of Police's orders, Jani police apprehended Shoaib near the Jani canal bridge.
