A Chinese national, Benlai Pan, was arrested in New Delhi for orchestrating in-flight thefts on long transit flights. He targeted sleeping passengers, stealing cash, electronics, and credit cards. Three other Chinese nationals are being questioned, with authorities investigating their involvement in a larger international syndicate. The group exploited high-traffic routes, using stolen cards before discarding them to avoid detection.
