In Madhya Pradesh's Guna district, police rescued sixteen mentally challenged and destitute men from modern-day slavery, some held for as long as two decades. They were trapped in a brutal exploitation system called 'Rahua,' forced to work long hours for mere food and shelter, often alongside cattle.
