Election Commission rolls out reforms to boost accuracy of electoral rolls, voter services

The Election Commission of India is enhancing the electoral process through three major initiatives. These include electronic acquisition of death registration data for prompt deletion of deceased voters, a redesigned Voter Information Slip for improved user experience, and standard photo identity cards for Booth Level Officers to boost voter outreach and confidence.
