IAS officer Smita Sabharwal has been transferred to the State Finance Commission amidst a police notice regarding a reshared AI image. The Telangana government has also reassigned Shashank Goel to the Centre for Good Governance and Jayesh Ranjan to the Chief Minister's Office.
