SC says HC prima facie correct in impleading govt, ASI in Mathura row

The Supreme Court stated that the Allahabad High Court was initially correct in permitting Hindu litigants to include the Centre and the Archaeological Survey of India in the Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute. The Allahabad HC had allowed amendments to lawsuits, enabling petitioners to include the home ministry and ASI as respondents.
