Infra constraints limit India's capacity to stop river water to Pakistan, but it can control resources

To exert greater control, India needs to expedite hydropower projects and increase water storage capacity. Abeyance of the Indus Water Treaty allows India to strategically manage its river resources, enhancing water security.
