HC denies bail to separatist in LeT terror funding case

This decision came while denying bail to separatist Nayeem Ahmad Khan, accused of terror funding with Lashkar-e-Taiba. The court acknowledged the right to a speedy trial but emphasized the severity of terrorist activities with nationwide implications.
