Man, son drown in same drain within a fortnight in Uttarakhand

A pall of gloom has descended upon a family in Van Maholiya village, near the Indo-Nepal border, after two tragic drownings. Subhash Kumar, 45, died in an open drain on Wednesday, just hours after performing the final rites for his father, Ramchander, 75, who passed away on March 26.
