HC bins Rahul's plea to junk proceedings in Savarkar case

The Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court dismissed Rahul Gandhi's plea against summons in a defamation case for his remarks against Savarkar. Gandhi had called Savarkar a 'servant of British' and was fined for skipping a hearing. The court indicated further avenues for appeal.
