Ignoring HC order, UP cops jail man in love, Pocso court frees him

A Pocso court in Bareilly ordered the release of a 23-year-old man after Punjab and Haryana High Court granted him and his 19-year-old lover protection. The Bareilly police had ignored the high court order. The court directed an investigation into police negligence and needed further action. The couple married against their parents' wishes and sought protection.
