Pay traffic e-challan or lose driving licence: Draft rules

Drivers who fail to pay their traffic e-challan fines within three months may face suspension of their driving licenses. Additionally, accumulating three challans for serious offenses in a financial year could result in a three-month license confiscation. This measure is aimed at improving the current low recovery rate of fines and ensuring better compliance with traffic laws.
