'I lost everything': How hour-long scam call wiped out Delhi teacher’s life savings of Rs 47 lakh

Renu Viswanath, a retired headmistress, lost over Rs 47 lakh to cyber fraud after being tricked into completing a fake video KYC update. The scammer, posing as a bank official, guided her through a series of transactions that emptied her account. A case has been registered and the investigation is ongoing.
