Over the past two days, the BJP Minority Morcha distributed Eid kits to over 2,000 Muslim families in Mumbai, a move criticized by Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray. Thackeray accused BJP of politicizing the initiative for power. State BJP president Chandrashekhar Bawankule defended the program, asserting Hindutva values and criticizing Thackeray for abandoning them.
